Business Development Managers
 
Job description 1. Business origination & managing the entire process of a sale – prospecting, forecasting, qualification, account development, progression, negotiation, collection.
2. Cold call & use your existing network to identify new opportunities and build large clients for SSi IT Training Solutions.
3. Mapping out key decision makers & new opportunities and strategizing how SSi IT can address these opportunities.
4. Handling sales negotiations.
Desired candidate profile Business development & sales experience. Preferred 3 years of experience in learning sales (IT training/ assessment solutions) to large institutions.
Proven business development and sales skills as demonstrated by a successful track record of having generated sales of over 100 lakh per annum in the past two years.
Proven ability to interact & communicate with key decision makers and open new accounts.
Experience desired 5 - 7 years

Counselling Associates
 
Job description 1. Counselling prospective students on various academic courses offered by SSi IT & its different brands through inbound & outbound calling.
2. Ensuring conversion of leads to walk-in & enrollments at respective centres.
Desired candidate profile Graduate/ undergraduate with prior experience in counselling/ tele-calling will be preferred. Knowledge of regional languages is essential. This assignment will be for a period of six months.
Experience desired 1 year+.
